Silent Retreats

One of the most important ways to deepen your Zen practice is doing silent retreats.

Bright Way Zen offers the opportunity to participate in several different kinds of retreats, in person or online.

One-Day Retreats ~ Saturday, 7:30am-4:30pm Pacific Time, twice a year (March and October, although the spring 2023 One-Day Retreat is May 13th)

Zazenkai ~ Saturday, 5:30am-9pm Pacific Time, twice a year (January and June)

Sesshin ~ Multi-day (4-5 days), 24-hour schedule, twice a year (April and September, although in 2023 the spring sesshin was in March)
