7:00pm……..Recitation of  a Zen Teaching (click here for our chants) Please keep yourself muted during chanting; sadly, it doesn’t work to chant  together on Zoom because of the slight time delays.

7:15…………..Zazen (seated meditation)

7:45…………..Break (Participants will be broken into small groups to visit, but you can also choose to take a short break before class)

Zen LivingYou don’t need to know anything about Zen in order to participate in Tuesday study, but if you’d like to know more about Zen teachings and practice, you might want to check out Domyo’s book, Zen Living. Copies are available for purchase at Bright Way as well as on Amazon and at local bookstores.
