On Sunday mornings we begin at 9:30am with a 30-minute traditional Soto Zen chanting service* that includes bowing. Participate or observe as you feel comfortable, or arrive by 10am for zazen. Sunday Dharma Talk On most Sundays we have a Dharma Talk that lasts 30-45 minutes, followed by questions and discussion. Unless a guest teacher is indicated, the talk is usually given by our guiding teacher, Domyo. Tuesday evenings are led by Domyo Burk. Similar to Thursdays, we meet for zazen (seated meditation), study and community. We begin the evening with a short recitation of a Zen teaching (click here to read the things we recite), and then one 30-minute period of zazen. Meditate with Us Online Join Domyo and others for online meditation via Zoom videoconferencing. Morning meditation happens Wed-Sat, and anyone is welcome to participate.
