One-Day Retreat Schedule
A retreat is most powerful when you are able to attend the entire schedule, but your participation is valuable even if you cannot.
You are welcome to stand up and meditate at your place in the zendo at any time (to prevent drowsiness or pain), or spend a zazen period doing walking meditation in the hall or outdoors.
