Just Sitting
On Saturday mornings we meet for a simple hour of Zazen (seated Zen meditation). We sit for two 25-minute periods with 10 minutes of slow walking meditation in between, and end by chanting the Four Bodhisattva Vows. (Chanting is always optional.)
